Blue Buffalo Dry Food for Puppies, Lamb & Oatmeal Recipe, 15-Pound Bag

I adopted a 2 month old German Shorthaired Pointer puppy from a rescue organization last year. The rescue recommended a certain type of dog food which we bought, but after about a week the puppy stopped eating it. She refused it and would just stand at her bowl looking at us. We had to hand feed her kibble by kibble to get her to eat. We tried a couple of different flavors from the same brand but got the same reaction from her. So eventually I tried feeding her this Blue Buffalo food (the lamb recipe for puppies). She loved it! She started eating her meals enthusiastically and finishing them without any help from us. She is 7 months old now and she is doing fantastic! She just had a vet checkup last week to get her flea/tick/heartworm preventatives and the vet said her weight is perfect. She looks beautiful - slim, muscular and athletic. Everyone who meets her comments on how her fur is soft and shiny. In short, we love feeding our girl this food because it keeps her active and happy.

I fed my Blue heeler puppy Blue Buffalo lamb and rice puppy food, a few cans of wilderness duck, salmon wet food and a little adult chicken and rice dry food from 8-12 weeks of age she developed total kidney failure and had to be put down.
