Summary: Cats Love the Friskies 2010-05-07
Comment: Even though the cats love the Friskies, I cannot go higher than a 3 star rating because it doesn't have the best ingredients. I feel better buying it over other brands even though I don't care for the artificial ingredients and by-products because to my knowledge, Friskies was not on the Cat Food Recall that killed peoples pets.

As far as the price goes, I cannot figure it out but Amazon is a total rip-off. At Petsmart these are .40 a can. The price here is like .67. It is not a deal! Not one bit. Now, if Amazon changes the price after this review to be comparable to Petsmart or even the grocery store for that matter, then that means they wised up. It is for the purchase of 24 cans. Two 12 packs. NOT two 24 packs (like I thought). To return them would cost like $10 so it's not worth it. Do the math before you buy to make sure you don't rip yourself off!

Summary: Friskies really delivers what my furries want 2010-03-25
Comment: My two finicky felines prefer the Friskies canned food, one, my Aby, will even nose out her Siamese brother to get his food. It is great to get the food delivered, and at a cheaper price than I have been paying at the grocery store. I have trouble getting around due to some physical problems, so the free delivery is especially nice for me. My Aby will worry me constantly if she thinks I have forgotten to feed her on time. No way to forget when feeding time has come with her around.

Summary: Less expensive than the big box store, and delivered to my door! 2010-03-15
Comment: That about says it all. We give our 3 Maine coons a little wet food in the morning for a treat. I hated having to drive to the pet food store (much cheaper than the grocery store). Now that it comes to my front door, I couldn't be happier - and so are the kitties!

Summary: Not their favorite... 2010-03-14
Comment: I know that Friskies must have selected these three varieties for this case for a reason, but unfortunately, these are the very three that my cats have never liked. They will eat them for a couple of days, then I get that look: "Lady, if you think they're so great, then you eat them!" So, I usually take them back and exchange them for something they'll actually eat consistently. Not sure why these are so non-palatable, but well, try something else like their turkey and cheese. That one is the house favorite!

Summary: I love my cats. but you can get this at the grocery store...and cheaper! 2010-03-10
Comment: I love Amazon, but this is probably the first time that I am shocked at the price. Not how low it is, but how HIGH it is! I can't believe the price they want for this case of Friskies cat food. I live in a big city and have my choice of plenty places to go to get my cat food. The price at the local Petsmart is 47 cents (regular price) or 44 cents (on sale). Do you see my point yet? Even if I paid 47 cents a can, do the math .47 x 24 = $11.28! Amazon wants what? $18.94! I do admit that the pate is my cats favorite, as they don't like to eat the shredded or the fillet types of canned cat food. I highly recommend the types of pate that are in this case: the Turkey and Giblets is a BIG favorite with the kitties and salmon doesn't stay long on the plate either! I have seven cats with an age range of 4 months to 16 years old, and all they will eat is Friskies canned cat food and their dry food. I recommend these Friskies items, but you are better off going to the grocery store, Petsmart or even Walmart. I will love you Amazon until the day I die, but I won't buy my Friskies from you. :(
