Comment: Although a little expensive for the 3.5 size cans...this is the only food my cats will eat completely until it is all gone and it's good for them since its organic and all natural. It looks like real food and smells 100% better than regular cat food. I spent $2500 on surgery for one of my cats who had a bad allergic reaction to the cheap food all before the age of 1. She hasn't had any problems since. I will continue to buy for the health of my cats and to avoid future medical expenses. Miley and Otis gives it thumbs up!!!!!!

Comment: Since reading some horrid stories about how some pet foods are made (when meat by-products are listed among the ingredients, it is usually from questionable sources, gross at best, dangerous for the pet at worst), I have decided to look for a healthier option. I found Merrick cat food by chance and was impressed by the list of the ingredients they use (here are the ingredients for the flavor Grammy's Pot Pie, my cat's favorite):

If you pay attention to the first ingredients, you will see that there are no meat by-products or grains, a cheap filler used by many companies that produce dog and cat food.

My cat really likes this food. It comes in many other flavors, and she seems to enjoy pretty much all the ones I have offered her.
What also makes me like this food is that it does smell a lot better that any 'supermarket' pet food. The meat flavors smell like meat and the fish ones smell like fish, but in a disturbing, pungent way. Also you can see small pieces of vegetables with the meat, which my cat also likes and that are good for her.

Sure, this food is a little more expensive than other products, but all in all it's well worth it. A must have -your cat will thank you!

Comment: Since switching to this product, my cat's health has never been better and he loves all the flavors - except for the sushi one. He's 15 years young, his coat is fabulous - hardly any shedding and so shiny. Give your cat 6 months and you'll see a difference!

Comment: In the past few months, I have upgraded all the dry and canned food that my 4 cats eat (they used to eat Science Diet). This was the 1st high quality canned food I tried for them and they all love it! I have 2 seniors (aged 15) and 2 adults (aged 4) and they jump up and pat me when I'm opening the Merrick. I would recommend this great cat food to all cat owners. Take a look at the labels - it's all real food product you can identify and it's made by a family owned business with great quality control. This company loves pets too!
