Honestly, insects gross me out but not enough to stop feeding my cute reptiles! This can came exactly as the sellers states it would. I live in arizona where heat is usually a big problem with some of the more sensitive shipments. When I received this item though, it was in the same condition it would be in had I purchased it from the pet store.
